Scope of Care

Services are provided for non-emergency medical conditions only. Providers determine telehealth appropriateness.

Not Emergency Care

If experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 immediately.

No Guarantee of Prescriptions

Payment does not guarantee medication. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. No controlled substances.

Payment Terms

Self-pay visits are charged upfront. Insurance claims depend on payer approval. Memberships renew until canceled.

Telehealth Limitations

Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person care.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Governing Law

Governed by Nevada law.

EMERGENCIES : Telehealth is not for emergencies. Chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or fainting: call 911.
