Overview
MYMDPHONE LLC operates the MYMDPHONE website, patient-facing technology, scheduling, communications, payment support, and administrative platform. MYMDPHONE LLC does not control medical judgment or treatment decisions.
Professional medical services are provided by STAFFINGMEDIC LLC or the applicable affiliated professional medical entity authorized to provide services in the state where the patient is physically located at the time of care. The applicable medical entity is referred to in these Terms as the ‘Clinical Practice.’
The provider-patient relationship exists between the patient, the treating clinician, and the Clinical Practice. Diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, referrals, clinical documentation, and all other medical decisions remain exclusively under the control of the treating clinician and Clinical Practice.
Scope of Care
The Clinical Practice provides evaluation and treatment for appropriate non-emergency medical conditions through licensed healthcare professionals. The treating clinician determines whether telemedicine is appropriate and may require laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, an in-person examination, or emergency evaluation.
Not Emergency Care
If experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 immediately.
No Guarantee of Prescriptions
Payment does not guarantee medication. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. No controlled substances.
Payment Terms
Charges for professional medical services are owed to the Clinical Practice. MYMDPHONE LLC may collect or process payment as an administrative agent for the Clinical Practice. Self-pay visits may be charged before the visit. Insurance coverage, eligibility estimates, claim payment, copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles remain subject to the patient’s health plan. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, treatment, or particular outcome.
Telehealth Limitations
Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person care.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Governing Law
Governed by Nevada law.
EMERGENCIES : Telehealth is not for emergencies. Chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or fainting: call 911.

Most credits are immediate in-portal; card refunds typically post in 5–10 business days (bank-dependent).

Text consultation: $40 for non-urgent medical guidance without prescriptions. If a prescription or more detailed clinical evaluation is needed, the visit may be converted to a $79 phone or video consultation with the patient’s approval.
